Shipping Policy

Collection Options
You can choose to pick up your order from our Gouda or Drachten branches. If you opt for collection, please place your order 1–2 hours before your planned pickup time. This allows us to confirm stock levels and prepare your order. Should any issues arise, we will contact you to find the best solution.

Order Processing
Orders placed before 3:00 PM are typically shipped the same business day, subject to stock availability and order verification.

Shipping Charges
Some products are particularly fragile, long, or heavy. As a result, additional shipping costs may apply. These fees are automatically calculated at the time of order based on the product mix, total order value, and the destination country. If you believe the shipping charges are incorrect, please contact us so we can review the proposed costs.

Delivery Times

  • Netherlands, Belgium & Germany: Delivery within 2 to 4 business days from the order date.
  • Other EU Countries & the UK: Delivery may take between 4 to 8 business days.
  • Outside Europe & the UK: Please contact us for shipping rates and estimated delivery times.

Carrier Delays

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather conditions, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund of shipping costs.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer when the goods are delivered to the customer or to a third party designated by the customer.

If a delivery option involving a parcel shop, pickup point, or Access Point is selected at checkout, such location is considered a third party designated by the customer.

If delivery is redirected to a pickup location after an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the goods are considered delivered once they are made available for collection at that location.

If a shipment is not collected and is returned to us, the return will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to selected European and international destinations:

European Union & Associated European Regions

We ship to all countries included in our European Union market selection at checkout, including most EU member states and selected European countries.

United Kingdom

We ship to the United Kingdom.

Switzerland & Norway

We ship to Switzerland and Norway. Customs clearance, duties, and local charges may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Japan

We currently ship to Japan. International shipping conditions, customs duties, and import regulations may apply.

 

If your country appears as an available shipping destination at checkout, we are able to deliver there. 

For destinations outside our active markets, please contact us prior to ordering. Shipping to such regions is subject to availability and carrier restrictions.
